Thank you for shopping at BUNNI. We value your experience and want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed.

All items are shipped from Hong Kong, China.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

√ You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Due to the care for hygiene of cosmetics,

Items must be:

  • Unopened/Unused If there is no quality reason
  • In original condition
  • With all original packaging and accessories
  • Purchased Only from Bunni

×We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used Lipsticks & Used Eyelashes (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items returned without approval

2. Return Shipping Cost

Because all products ship from Hong Kong, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • BUNNI does not provide prepaid labels.
  • Shipping fees originally paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Use the contact form or Email us at Bunnibusinessm@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if the item is defective)
  2. Our support team will review your request within 1–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will send you the return address in Arizona, USA and return instructions.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.

4. Refunds

Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We can only cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds may take 7–15 business days to appear on your bank statement depending on your payment provider.
  • If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, we may refuse the refund.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to international shipping limitations.
If you want a different size or color, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.

We do not accept exchanges for gift set items. If you want a different gift set, please cancel within 12 hours.

Exchanges are only available for different colors/options of the same product.


6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase if it has NOT been processed.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the defect
  • Packing slip
  • Order number

We will offer one of the following based on the situation:

  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

We may not require the item to be returned for minor issues.


8. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

If tracking shows the package delivered but you did not receive it:

  • You must contact local courier first
  • BUNNI is not responsible for stolen or mis-delivered packages

If a package is lost during transport (no delivery confirmation), we will assist in claiming with the courier.


9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be charged customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not covered by BUNNI and are non-refundable.

If you refuse the delivery due to customs fees:

  • The package may be destroyed or returned
  • Refund will not be issued
