4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot refund or replace orders if:

- The package was delivered to an incorrect address
- The package was stolen after delivery
If the address needs correction, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

- BUNNI cannot control delivery delays once the order is shipped
If a package is lost in transit (no delivery confirmation):
- We will assist with couriers to file a claim
- Replacement or refund will depend on the carrier’s investigation

If you decide to return an item:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- BUNNI does not provide free return labels
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
