All products are shipped from Hong Kong, China.


1. Processing Time

After placing your order, please allow:

  • 1–3 business days for order processing
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

During Holiday/Peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide using trusted shipping partners.

Estimated delivery times (after order processing):

United States / Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

Asia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Australia / New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Middle East

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, weather, holidays, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Shipping method
  • Package weight and size

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Handling fees

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

Customers are responsible for all customs or import fees charged by their local authorities.

If a customer refuses to pay customs fees, the package may be:

  • Returned
  • Destroyed
  • Held by customs

In such cases, BUNNI cannot issue refunds.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.

We cannot refund or replace orders if:

  • The wrong address was provided
  • The package was delivered to an incorrect address
  • The package was stolen after delivery

If the address needs correction, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.


8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed:

  • Please contact the courier directly
  • BUNNI cannot control delivery delays once the order is shipped

If a package is lost in transit (no delivery confirmation):

  • We will assist with couriers to file a claim
  • Replacement or refund will depend on the carrier’s investigation

9. Return Shipping

If you decide to return an item:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • BUNNI does not provide free return labels
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
